Rentavela leads buyers from Africa and the Gulf through the purchase of a rented apartment in Spain and looks after it for years. The name joins two Spanish words, and together they say what we promise

Privacy Policy

Who we are

Rentavela operates the website rentavela.com and the Rentavela client platform. For any question about your personal data, write to hello@rentavela.com

What we collect

  • Contact details you enter in a form: name, email address, country of residence and preferred language
  • The content of your message, including the budget and the investment goal you state
  • Technical data needed to serve the site: IP address, browser type and pages viewed

Why we use it

  • To reply to your request and prepare a conversation with a manager
  • To send platform updates when you ask for them
  • To keep the site secure and working

Legal basis

We process personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the basis of your consent, of steps taken at your request before a contract, and of our legitimate interest in running a secure website

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract with you or the law requires a longer period

Who receives it

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers that host the site and deliver our email, under data processing agreements, and with authorities where the law requires it. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to its processing and withdraw consent at any time by writing to hello@rentavela.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency
